Professionally, a software engineer, driven by a passion for delivering top-notch education and contributing to the community. He conceptualized a school designed to cater to all children, offering a nurturing environment for their age and ability appropriate childhood development in a fun way. Fully believing in his life partner’s dream and sharing the passion with her, they together embarked on Little Hearts group of schools first at Redmond followed by Kirkland.

Ranjani fulfills the roles of a devoted teacher, affectionate mother, and supportive wife. Her vision of offering accelerated academics, nutritious meals, and a nurturing environment led to the establishment of the Little Hearts group of schools. Her objective is to cultivate social and emotional growth, curiosity, and hands-on, captivating learning experiences for children in a developmentally appropriate manner.
Recognizing the unique abilities and learning styles of each child, Ranjani crafted a curriculum that supports their individual potential. Armed with a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, and a family business background, she eagerly anticipates providing outstanding care and shaping a bright future for the children in her care.

Our esteemed assistant director wears many hats, she is a true multitasker, excelling in various roles within our institution. She not only fulfills her responsibilities as an assistant director with dedication but also takes on the role of a lead teacher for our toddler class. Her affection and attentive approach to caring for toddlers led to her role of lead teacher. She prioritizes the safety of toddlers, ensures they are adequately nourished, and facilitates nap times for a seamless day. Simultaneously, she places emphasis on social-emotional learning while addressing their academic needs. In addition, her creative talents shine as she beautifully decorates our school with art that adds vibrancy and inspiration to our environment. Her ability to juggle these roles with grace and enthusiasm is truly commendable and adds immeasurable value to our Little Hearts community.
She is a shining example of dedication and expertise. With her master’s degree in computer science and associate degree in early childhood education, she has brought invaluable knowledge to our team. Her journey with Little Hearts spans more than four years, during which her warmth and passion have left an indelible mark. Our assistant director, currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education and holding a master’s degree in computer science, is truly the cornerstone of Little Hearts. With over five years of dedicated service, she is an indispensable member of our team, excelling not only in her administrative role but also as an exceptional and lovable preschool teacher who infuses positivity into her teaching.
In addition to her role as a preschool teacher and trainer, she takes responsibility for academic enrichment and gifted prep classes. Her ability to engage with students goes beyond traditional teaching, making learning enjoyable and meaningful. Her dedication, love for teaching, and commitment to professional growth make her an invaluable asset to Little Hearts. With a diploma in Early Childhood Education and a heart full of dedication, MS. Reems has been a valuable addition to our Little Hearts family for more than two years. She brings an abundance of love, patience, and a warm smile to her work, making her a favorite among our preschoolers.
Her joy in working with preschoolers is evident in the fun learning experiences she creates. She is not just a teacher but a friend who shares in the laughter and discovery of our little ones. As our preschoolers prepare to graduate to elementary school, she plays a crucial role in guiding them, providing the nurturing and support they need to spread their wings and take flight into the next stage of their elementary education.

Gheerthanah possess a natural ability to effortlessly enrich the lives of children, her unmistakable passion for teaching drives her toward a career in Early Childhood Education. This commitment is complemented by her Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, reflecting her determination to make a lasting impact. Her devotion is clearly seen in her enthusiasm for engaging children at all levels through the implementation of activities designed to improve both their learning and behavioral skills. With a background in management and certified childcare worker, she has a genuine passion for being around children. Ms. Shobha’s outstanding qualities include remarkable patience, love, and affection, particularly towards young toddlers. Her presence has become a source of comfort for the children, eagerly anticipated every morning. Her authentic love for kids ensures meticulous attention to even the smallest details of their daily activities, encompassing sleep patterns, meals, and engaging playtime. She also loves organizing scavenger hunts, puzzle-solving games. and building activities that foster teamwork, problem-solving and critical thinking.
